Symbiosis was started by a team of Pediatric Occupational Therapists with many years of experience working in clinics, schools as well as community settings. While mainly providing Occupational Therapy intervention, the clinic also works very closely with other relevant professionals such as Psychologists, Behavior Consultants, Physiotherapists and Speech-Language Pathologists. Therapists at Symbiosis have advanced training in the areas of Sensory Processing Disorders, Autism, Dyspraxia, and other developmental, psychosocial, musculoskeletal, neurological, and learning disorders.

We pride ourselves on using evidence based practice techniques in a safe clinical environment with state of the art equipment. We adhere to high ethical standards and best practices during our interventions. The staff at Symbiosis also has a strong commitment to support community organizations, participates in a variety of support groups meetings and provides educational programs to parents, teachers and other professional bodies.
