Symbiosis provides Occupational Therapy intervention for children of ages ranging from infants through 16 years. The intervention is targeted to children who have a difficulty with participation in one or more of home, school and play environments.

There may also be children who do not have a formal diagnosis but may simply have difficulties making a 'just right fit' with the expectations or demands of home and school. These children are considered by the schools to be 'high incidence, low severity' and are not eligible for additional support within the school system. The goal of the therapists is to increase the child's participation in different domains of their daily activities.
