VISUAL SPATIAL SKILLS
The journey of independence may not be an easy road, but the rewards are priceless for both the child and the parent(s). Small steps, strategies and the support of a specialized program based upon the child’s needs is a step in the right direction.
Children are trained in practical and functional living skills in order to prepare them to function appropriately in the community, work place and home. These programs include a multitude of areas such as self-care, pre-vocational skills, daily living skills, community-based instruction, and functional reading and math skills.
