School-Based
Our Behavior Consultants will work with the teachers and support staff like Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Support workers/Educational Assistants (EA) in order to partner together to create an environment that is productive and effective.
School Consultation (ABA – Home and School collaboration) is available upon request from families which includes collaborative meetings, regular consultation as well as during the development of Individualized Education Plan (IEP).
SOCIAL SKILLS & SOCIAL THINKING GROUP
Our social skills group focuses on a play/activity based approach to work on social and communication skills along with a thematic structure for every term.
Valuable friendship and cooperative skills form a core principle in our social skills groups and while meaningful friendships are formed, children are also learning to understand social relationships and meanings. Every child will have a carefully tailored program with target skills to work on during social group.
Incorporating Michelle Garcia Winner’s award-winning programme “Social Thinking” into our programme, we aim to support children’s development in Social-Cognitive and Social Communication abilities.
