Nina Heins

Nina brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team, having worked in a range of Occupational Therapy settings in both pediatrics and adult population. Prior to joining Symbiosis, she had worked at the Chilliwack School District # 33 as an Occupational Therapist.

Nina is passionate about supporting children of all ages to achieve their Occupational Therapy goals, with a strong focus on evidence-based practice and a goal-based approach. She has experience working with children with different diagnoses like Cerebral Palsy, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Down’s Syndrome, Learning Disabilities, Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder, Developmental Coordination Disorder, and Sensory Processing Disorder among others.
