BEHAVIOR CONSULTANT
Treesa is working as a Behavior Consultant at Symbiosis. She had obtained Masters of Science in Psychology from St. Alosius college, Mangalore, India. She has been in the field of early intervention for more than 12 years and previously had been working as a ABA, Lead Instructor.
Treesa has many years of experience in ABA and have worked with individuals from early childhood to early adulthood. Her work includes conducting Functional Behaviour Assessment (FBA), skills assessment (VB-Map, ABELLS, AFLS, ESDM), creating and implementing Individualized education plan (IEP) etc.
Treesa is responsible for the Clinic based as well as in-home behavioral assessments and developing behavior intervention plans for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. In addition, she provides training for parents, teaching techniques and behavior intervention strategies.
